Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales
• Promote safety and ensure policies are followed
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across the team
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent service
• Support Asset Protection to minimize shortages
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new associates
• Join weekly workload planning meetings
• Support community relations through company programs
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedules
