Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in Independence, MO. You will join the store leadership team, overseeing daily operations, merchandising, and frontline associates while driving excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.

• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
