Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II in Birmingham, AL for part-time hours. You will handle customer inquiries, operate the cash register, and help keep the store clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, ensuring price accuracy, and maintaining a positive, safe environment for customers and teammates. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and restocking facilities.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
