Job summary

Dollar Tree in Hermiston, OR is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help run the store day-to-day, from merchandising to supporting customers and front-end duties.

You'll greet customers, process transactions, keep areas neat, stock shelves, and ensure a positive, safe shopping environment. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
