Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30 to 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock aisles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
