Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to contribute to a welcoming shopping experience at our Fishers, IN store. You will support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and assisting customers while being cross-trained to operate the cash register as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time, with opportunities for growth within the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock store as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store including restrooms.
• Assist customers and maintain friendly interactions.
• Operate cash register and handle sales transactions.
