USA Sierra Store 0156 Onalaska WI is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership. The role alternates with the Coordinator duties, requires open availability including nights and weekends, and emphasizes exceptional customer service.

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks according to store plan and priorities.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and coaches Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Communicates with management and Associates on priorities and progress.
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
