Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Columbia, SC. You will be part of the store leadership team, overseeing Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will train and coach associates to drive sales, uphold safety standards, and build a diverse, collaborative team. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities across our expanding retail network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Physical ability to move, lift 40 lbs or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Lead training, development, and coaching of direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and staff.
