Burlington Stores, located in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. The role focuses on supervising operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced off-price environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Develop and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and ensure policy compliance for customers and staff.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative store culture.
• Resolve issues and oversee front-end operations to deliver outstanding service.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community programs and partnerships for the store.
• Coordinate meal/break schedules and monitor adherence.
