Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate weekly workload planning and schedule adherence.
