Job summary

Goodwill Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Front-End Lead for a full-time role in West Palm Beach, FL. The position focuses on world-class customer service, POS operations, facility security and merchandise processing, with a steady 40-hour work week and benefits.

As a Front-End Lead, you will train and supervise cashiers, ensure the sales floor and dressing areas are neat and well merchandised, run daily reports and deposits, and help schedule breaks to maintain coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate cashiers.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process.
• Ensures the sales floor, dressing rooms, Treasure Island and overall cash register area are neat, merchandised, rotated and organized at all times.
• Completes register pulls, readings, cash reports, daily activity reports, transmittal of reports and daily deposits in accordance with Goodwill’s policies and procedures as required.
• Supports in the scheduling and execution of front-end team member breaks, maintaining adequate cashier coverage during breaks. Assigns cashiers daily duties to be done during off-peak times
