Job summary

Dollar Tree in Lithonia, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming shopping environment, safety, and friendly interactions with customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and physical tasks such as lifting are a part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform sustained walking, standing, bending, and repetitive lifting

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and restrooms; keep floors clean and presentable
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Other duties as assigned
