Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II for our Cleveland, TX location. You will assist with daily store operations from merchandising to supporting customers, cross-training to cover cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, operational accuracy, and a safe, clean shopping environment. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and varied responsibilities across store duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight per safety/productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, and maintaining neat areas.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Processing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
