Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Tualatin, OR is seeking a friendly part-time Greeter to welcome customers and provide information and directions. You will promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup while modeling brand standards and maintaining a warm, helpful atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise check-ins, coordinating with Vendor representatives, and distributing promotional materials during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organization and attention to details.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a prompt and friendly manner and provide information and direction.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s brand standards with approved dress code and friendly demeanor.
• Check in customers’ merchandise returns and coordinate with staff.
• Check in Vendor representatives and manage visitor log information and badges.
• Inform customers about events and promotions and distribute promotional materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryways and sales floor; assist firearm check-in per SOP (do not handle firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
