Job summary

Buckle in Wilmington, NC is hiring a part-time Freight Coordinator to assist with receiving, shipping, backroom maintenance and daily store operations. You will handle freight packing, labeling, and inventory checks while supporting a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, and adherence to Buckle’s ethics and policies. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight boxes and store transfers through register.
• Verify merchandise invoices against items received and prepare FedEx labels.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom and sales floor.
• Ensure proper presentation of products and compliance with Buckle policies.
