Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments.
• Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Verify freight packing slips and transfer slips for accuracy.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom operations.
• Provide high level of customer service and assist on floor when needed.
