Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support daily store operations, including receiving shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning of facilities. The role emphasizes accuracy with invoices, transfers, and product presentation on the sales floor.

No prior experience is required. A flexible schedule, including weekends, may be needed; training will be provided. Eligibility to work 18+ is required; benefits include performance bonuses and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• This job requires no prior experience or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure correct shipments.
• Prepare and ship items to Guests and stores, selecting appropriate packaging.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize backroom areas.
• Assist on floor projects and keep a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and company policies.
