Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Atlanta to handle receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine store cleaning.

You will verify invoices, process transfers, create FedEx labels, stock supplies, organize fixtures, and ensure merchandise is neatly presented on the floor. This full-time, on-site role requires 18+ with no prior experience required and offers a chance to support guest service while upholding Buckle policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices and shipments for accuracy.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check freight packing slips and transfer slips for accuracy.
• Ensure transfers are processed through the register and items match.
• Create FedEx labels for outgoing packages and sort by transit time.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organized supplies.
• Organize fixtures and shelving; keep a neat, clean work area.
• Communicate policy violations to Store Manager or Human Resources in a timely manner.
