Job summary

Michaels North Miami, FL is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast, accurate checkouts.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery while engaging customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The role supports omni-channel processes and maintains store standards daily.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes as needed.
• Comfort with completing checkout and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Maintain fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program and private label cards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Support store recovery, in-stock conditions, and safety programs.
