Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Retail Food Service Manager for Grady Hospital located in Atlanta, GA. Grady Hospital is the public hospital for the city of Atlanta. It is the fifth-largest public hospital in the United States and one of the busiest Level I Trauma Centers in the country.

The Retail Food Service Manager will oversee 2 retail locations, including a Chick-fil-A and dining hall. This position will support 32 frontline associates and be responsible for managing projects, including an upcoming cafeteria and Chick-fil-A remodel.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being.

What You'll Do
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations.
  2. Coordinate tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  3. Deliver high-quality food services, including retail, catering, and patient meal management operations.
  4. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
  5. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships, with the ability to communicate effectively in c-suite settings as top-level site management.
  6. Develop strategic plans.
  7. Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and standards compliance.
  8. Ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
