Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager II to lead the Worldwide Grocery Stores food safety audit program. You will partner with a 3P audit vendor, analysts, store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure FDA Food Code compliance and smooth audit operations.

Responsibilities include managing audit cycles, KPIs, data analysis, and reporting, while mentoring peers on audit standards and data analysis. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the Food Safety Audits programs and KPI scorecard.
• Own accountability to audit provider KPI and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage relationship with the audit provider and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze large audit data sets to identify risks and improvements.
• Verify FDA Food Code reflected in audit standards and scoring criteria.
• Support escalations and track corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Optimize audit procedures to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Publish audit performance content for business reviews.
