Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers on the floor, recommend products, and close sales with accuracy and efficiency. The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and maintaining clean, organized aisles.

Base pay starts at $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience. This full-time/part-time position offers opportunities for advancement and a dynamic retail environment across our stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to multitask.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and keep it clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Adhere to company safety processes and policies.
