Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following experience principles
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment and adheres to store standards
• Rings customer purchases and returns accurately according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports store operations across multiple areas as needed
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Assists in shrink reduction and loss prevention efforts
