Job summary

Homesense, part of The TJX Companies, in Wilmington, NC, is hiring for a store associate to deliver a consistently positive customer experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and support daily operations. You should have excellent customer service, be able to lift objects, adapt to busy periods, and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Ring purchases/returns and manage cash handling according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and assist in store recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and support loss prevention initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
