You may be cross-trained across departments to support the business and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include handling purchases and returns, promoting loyalty programs, and following loss-prevention guidelines while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
