Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help keep the store organized, train Associates, and ensure efficient flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will engage with customers, maintain inventory accuracy, and support safety and loss-prevention initiatives while working a flexible schedule and collaborating with store leaders.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of training others and mentoring Associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficiency.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize replenishment to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Maintain backroom organization, signage, and safety standards.
