Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in key holder, shift leader, or retail supervisor is a plus but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management to deliver expert product advice and ensure great customer experiences.
• Supervise daily operations, open/close procedures, and maintain security and standards.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks including customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising, restock, and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Oversee stock and inventory and coordinate with management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth customer journey.
