Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support the Store Manager by driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role requires energy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

You will engage customers on the floor, manage daily operations, and help implement company standards and safety procedures while leveraging retail technology to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset; bring solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose by keeping the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
