Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead, a part-time store leader who drives sales, coaches the team, and maintains daily store operations. The role emphasizes energy, ownership, and a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced sneaker environment.

You will support the Store Manager, lead by example on the floor, and help manage opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage while upholding safety standards and store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Move with purpose by keeping the store organized and running smoothly.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect customers and product.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist in hiring and training.
