You’ll oversee opening/closing, staff development, product knowledge, and visual merchandising to elevate the in-store experience. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
