You’ll supervise the sales floor, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure store standards in merchandising, inventory, and brand execution. Grow within a global omnichannel retailer committed to developing internal talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Operate POS and fulfill Omni-Channel orders; protect store assets and perform inventory control.
