Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Key Holder to join our Gretna store team. You’ll support store operations, mentor teammates, and help deliver exceptional customer service in an entry-level management role.

In this role you’ll oversee daily operations, contribute to sales goals, and maintain a premium shopping environment while growing toward Retail Management within our global brand. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and maintain standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members across customer service and sales.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and personal sales targets with effective techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and coordinate with management on needs.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping.
