Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage customers to provide product advice and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Merchandise, restock, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping.
