Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations including store opening and closing procedures.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service and sales.
• Drive store sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with store management.
• Address in-store challenges proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
