Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor in retail or hospitality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management to ensure excellent shopping experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing where required.
• Lead and mentor team members in sales and store procedures.
• Support achievement of sales targets through effective selling.
• Maintain merchandising, restock products, and keep store clean.
• Supervise stock and inventory with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to smooth operations.
