Skechers is seeking a Key Holder in Wayne, NJ to oversee daily store operations, mentor teammates, and ensure outstanding customer service while supporting sales goals. This entry-level management role offers room to grow into a Retail Manager within a global brand.

You will focus on leadership, merchandising, and maintaining a premium shopping environment, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. Flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: engage with customers to deliver expert advice.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily operations, opening/closing, security, standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
