This entry-level leadership role focuses on daily operations, sales support, and maintaining a premium shopping environment. Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing, driving sales, merchandising, and ensuring operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management and product advice to customers.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and restock products to maintain store appearance.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
