Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder (Floor Leader) to oversee daily store operations, mentor a team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This entry-level leadership role supports sales goals and helps maintain a premium shopping environment. You will supervise opening and closing procedures, ensure security, and assist in merchandising and training to develop skills for future Retail Management opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks including customer service and sales.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Restock products and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory and address operational needs.
