Job summary

Buckle in Hamilton Place, Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to deliver the Buckle experience. This on-site, part-time role works with store management to drive sales, merchandise displays, cashiering, and guest service while developing Teammates.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales, recruit new teammates, and maintain Buckle's standards in presentation, operations, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and achieve sales goals.
• Assist guests with product selection and demonstrate merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and returns.
• Lead by example with showmanship and team leadership.
• Support store operations and loss prevention practices.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates.
