Job summary

Buckle in North Dakota seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, deliver legendary service, and lead by example. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and develop Teammates while maintaining Buckle's presentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver legendary guest service and drive sales.
• Willingness to recruit, train and develop Teammates.
• Familiarity with POS systems and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service; assist in locating merchandise.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and present promotions to guests.
• Lead by example in sales, service, and presentation standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Assist with store operations, loss prevention, and policy adherence.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
