Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Bismarck, ND seeks an enthusiastic Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an engaging shopping experience for Guests.

You will handle sales, merchandising, guest service, and operations while developing teammates. You will recruit and train new Teammates, manage visual standards, participate in daily setup, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related retail experience.
• Able to deliver legendary customer service and assist guests.
• Willing to participate in training and team development.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates for Buckle standards.
• Maintain Visual Standards and Zone ownership across the store.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations.
• Complete scheduled shifts and contribute to a positive floor culture.
