Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice to customers and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing and security protocols.
• Mentor team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Address in-store challenges proactively to ensure a smooth customer experience.
