Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder or supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong sales drive to meet targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice to customers and ensure a great fitting experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations, opening/closing as needed, and uphold security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, keep store clean and welcoming.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and inventory in collaboration with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping experience.
