Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Floor Leader to help oversee daily store operations, mentor a team, and drive customer service excellence. This entry‑level management role supports sales goals and maintains Skechers’ premium store environment.

You will lead by example in customer service, merchandising execution, and loss prevention while helping teammates develop skills for future growth within the Skechers global brand. Must be 18+ and ready for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in key holder or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Strong selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and expert product advice to ensure great shopper experiences.
• Supervise daily store operations, open/close procedures, and maintain security and standards.
• Mentor and develop team members in entry-level retail tasks such as sales and service.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Oversee inventory routines and coordinate with management to address operational needs.
