Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management: provide expert product advice to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail leadership: supervise daily operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Team leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
