Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Part-time Retail Key Holder in Leon, TX. In this Floor Leader role, you will assist with store operations, mentor teammates, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will supervise daily tasks, handle opening/closing procedures, and support a premium shopping environment. Prior Key Holder or supervisory experience is a plus, with opportunities for career growth in a global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations including opening/closing procedures and uphold security and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
