Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder in Lewisville, TX. In this front-line management role, you will supervise daily store operations and mentor teammates to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals.

You will engage customers with product expertise, maintain merchandising standards, and help run smooth opening/closing procedures. Flexible to evenings and weekends, with training and growth opportunities within Skechers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal contexts.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, and must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert product advice to customers and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily store operations and maintain premium store standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and keep the store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and coordinate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: address in-store challenges to ensure smooth customer experiences.
