Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and mentor team members. This entry-level leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

You’ll assist in daily operations, help drive sales targets, and participate in training to grow into a Retail Management path within our global brand. Flexible schedules and on-the-job development are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/ Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and guidance to shoppers.
• Supervise daily store operations including openings and closings.
• Mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Help achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Manage merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory with management.
• Address in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
