Skechers USA Ltd. in Wethersfield, CT is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder, known as Floor Leader, to support store operations and mentor teammates. The role focuses on customer service, daily opening/closing tasks, and achieving sales goals in a premium Skechers environment.

You will collaborate with store leadership, manage shelf presentation, scheduling, and security procedures while delivering great experiences to every customer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in retail leadership roles such as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: assist customers with product selection and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and store standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members across customer service, sales, and operations.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: merchandise, restock, and maintain cleanliness to support a premium environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with management.
• Problem Solving: address in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
