Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader or retail supervisor is a plus.
• Strong sales skills and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advise to customers and ensure a great fitting experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team in customer service and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: ensure merchandising, restock, and clean, organized space.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory in coordination with management.
